Adi, I think I understood the reason behind those errors:
LC_ADDRESS: `country_ab2' value does not match `country_num' value
LC_ADDRESS: `country_ab3' value does not match `country_num' value
It seems that country_ab2 and country_ab3 are some special country
codes that don't need to be changed

I have replace them with copy ru_RU, since they are identical with
RU.
I have uploaded the file upstream and ask for inclusion in the next glib
release.

I don't know why do we have these errors since lang_lib is identical
with lang_term , and they don't need to match.
We will need some help from an glibc upstream developer

Just what exactly do you want me to do? I tried to use the latest locale
and here's what I got:
