This is probably not nautilus bug. This looks like libsmb bug. Libsmb generates
same inode numbers for different files which makes nautilus (gvfs) treat them
as hardlinks and count their size only once.
I've submitted bugreport with patch to samba bugzilla:
This patch is made for current samba git, but can be applied to samba
3.5.4 with minor changes.
