The stream at http://friskyradio.com/frisky_aac.m3u plays fine here
under Ubuntu 10.10. And I have rather old hardware.

Thank you but I know the exact URL of the stream. I gave you a link to
playlist just because the administrators of this radio change the direct
URL of aac+ stream from time to time and you could just face the
situation when my direct link no longer works because the admins moved
the stream to
