This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

I am using latest 11.04 install. I still have this issue. I'm happy to
provide any troubleshooting info you need. The device works fine in
Windows.

I'm using Maverick 10.10 with X.org 1.9.0. Not sure how I upgrade to
1.9.1. However, it still doesn't work on 1.9.0.
