Sorry, for so late response. The bug seems to be fixed, I reinstal Empathy few times and lately just did not use ICQ at all so I did not notice. Sorry, that i didn't answer for a long time. :) This bug was fixed by himself ;) i think, i missed some lib's or broke something. One day it worked without my participation. Have the same issue on Empathy version 2.28.1 - Karmic std. repository and also with Empathy 2.29.5 installed from launchpad ppa repository. Can't create ICQ account, after fill in ID and password and clicking on save/connect nothing visible happen except confirmation button is drawn in pressed state until clicking into any form field.
