Also happening to me on a Dell Latitude D620. The wifi sometimes works
-- but if I disable it with the switch on the side of the machine (e.g.,

Please add your kernel version (output of uname -a) and attach the
output of lspci -vvnn
Also, for reference purposes, what make and model is your laptop.
