ok, checked what said to, and changed the 'Default format and ODF
settings/document type always save as' to 'Text document Text'.
i'll soon see if it dosn't open/save some doc/txt with the text import
window, and txt.cvs.
as for the flag warn et al...not sure what is meant. can you word it a

I enter some kind of text and wants to save the text in test.txt (save as) then
a warning pops up to remind me that some
of the info can be lost when saving to this particular format.
