After update happend on 05 june 2015.
Was working fine before.
My feeling it stills focus when tries to fetch email ( I configured frequent
updates)
It steals focus from it's own new message window and from other applications
I almost cannot work

Thunderbird steals focus too often
No, it is not the fetch from server
first I found I have 10 minutes interval
Secondly, If I have message selected in the message list, there
is some strange event that Unselect the message (focus is switched to some
other window)

Title:
For me, Thunderbird (+Lightning) just pops up into the foreground
without stealing focus. But it's annoying as hell, because it seems to
emit some notification which is instantly removed again. And thus, the
main window pops up every few minutes without any important message.
This is on Ubuntu
