Happens on 32 bit install too. It has somethign to do with Xserver/ AGP settings of xserver , Freeze doesnt happen when we use Xgl. Its specific to do with the 8756 drivers , I used to run Dapper on TNT2 card , then it never gave a problem. Feels like working on win-95 !! -- Dapper-64 bit UI
