Oh, I didn't notice it was only in one particular pdf. That's why I
didn't run into the problem before. It happens with the pdf attached
to this mail.

This bug is not reproducible on another PDF file. So, I'm setting this
back to incomplete. Please attach a legal pdf on which you can
demonstrate this.
