Public bug reported: Appearently the source package libjpeg7 has been removed from ubuntu lucid, but the binary package libjpeg-progs has 8 reverse dependencies, one of them in main: konq-plugins (which contains plugins for konqueror, adblock etc.) If libjpeg7 is to be dropped then libjpeg6b should be patched to build libjpeg-progs again. The top changelog entry for libjpeg6b is to not build libjpeg-progs due to a transition in debian to libjpeg7.
