After boot , system time is wrong :
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ date
Mon Jul 24 21:14:18 CEST 2006
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ date -u
Mon Jul 24 19:14:20 UTC 2006
actual real time : 23:14:22 CEST
CMOS RTC clock is (at least it was before installing Ubuntu) set to
local time.
