The attached patch taken from xulrunner-1.9.2 enables lockdown of
preferences for firefox 3.6+nobinonly-0ubuntu6. I merely changed the
path names from xulrunner to mozilla.
** Patch added: bz467738_att351145_lockPref_everywhere.patch
unfortunately the work around above does not work reliably, today the
preference in question is no longer locked.
