I don't know what to do with this. I can't seem to always repro this
either now! I'll look into this, because I had the bug occur just once
now that I fired up pitivi, but not with the command you mentioned
before, i.e.
PITIVI_DEBUG=*:5 GST_DEBUG=2 /usr/bin/pitivi debug.log 21

Without precise repro instructions, this is not helpful in knowing what
happened. It needs to be consistently reproducible, and ideally with
debug logs. You could create debug logs by running pitivi like this, for
example:
PITIVI_DEBUG=*:5 GST_DEBUG=2 /usr/bin/pitivi debug.log 21
