Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox
As I understand it, Debian and Ubuntu have replaced the stock Firefox icon and Thunderbird due to Mozilla's licensing terms. So at least replace them with something that's easy on the eyes - nice to look at - than a blue globe which just looks like a glob of blue than an icon. At least a touch of green and white in that icon would make it more "readable". I don't know how to make this bug applicable to two packages at a time, but this needs to be applied to Thunderbird too. Thanks for a great distro! P.S: I have searched the bug database before reporting this bug. If any dup escaped my attention, apologies. ** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- Replace the blue globe Firefox icon with something better https://launchpad.net/bugs/56887 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
