I need temporarily switch this application interface language for several
minutes to english and then return it back.
I've tried to change language using the dialog from "Help->Switch Applcation
Language..." and restart the application.
This approach workes on other KDE applications.
After restarting systemsettings I found that toolbar actions labels now
in english while central widget itself is still in Russian.
I've tried to switch language for konsole, kontact and konquerror using
the same steps and everything works fine.
