I've worked a bit on this issue. The www button's behaviour is easily
corrected by setting this keymap to udev:
0x88 www
0xD8 f22 # touchpad toggle
0xD9 f22 # touchpad toggle
The last two rows are for the touchpad on/off button. That did not work
for it. F22 causes a X86TouchpadToggle that turns
I'm converting this back to a bug and opening an Ubuntu task for it
since the task filed originally against the Launchpad Bug Tracker is
invalid.
