Assigning to linux after seeing the original reporter having kernel
panics. Please change this if you disagree.
Does this issue still occur with updated Maverick?

system lockup within minutes when running flash video
I reloaded 10.10 onto an old secondary computer a few weeks after
writing the report but haven't had any problems like originally stated
since that time
Have loaded all updates --everything seems fine
Appears to be resolved
Thanks for the reply-Ron

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series
Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
I have not run 10.10 on my main machine since the problems but have it
on a secondary old tower networked through the main machine . Spent
last night trying to narrow this down .
Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to improve Ubuntu. Could
you please input 'lspci | grep VGA' in the terminal and paste the output
here. Also, does this always happen with flash, does it only happen on
pages with flash or does it happen other times as well.
