The opencv-doc package contains not only the documentation but also the
haarcascades. I think the haarcascades should be included in another
opencv package as they are not documentation.
This impacts Digikam 2.0.0 beta 1 and some gnome apps see here:

If you want to have html documet of opencv, you can convert from pdf to
html.
Version 2.1 provides pdf version only.
But next version of opencv (trunk version) will provide pdf and html.

I stand corrected, but the HTML version of the documentaion is missing
(this was shipped with 1.x). I find the PDF document terribly useless
however (not bookmarkable, very difficult to quickly search, etc), so it
would be great if the HTML docs can be built and packaged.
