The cups-pdf printer package no longer works properly with edgy or one of the
other packages that have been upgraded.
I managed to fix this problem. Follow the normal installation steps,
but instead of root-nautilus'ing and changing the properties of the
cups-pdf file, simply execute the following line of code in a terminal:
“sudo chmod +s /usr/lib/cups/backend/cups-pdf”
