* Pass the same -v to dh_makeshlibs -- (for dpkg-gensymbols) as to
dh_gencontrol -- (for dpkg-gencontrol); some symbols are missing from
the symbols files and hence ure symbols have bogus dep on ure =
source-version which can't
according to this log the amd64 version was built correctly (version
1:3.2.1-5). But I'm still getting some unsatisfied dependencies

Anyway I found it... many of OOo packages depend on ure
(=1:3.2.1-5ubuntu1) but ure with version 1.6.1+OOo3.2.1~rc2-2ubuntu1 is
in the repository to be installed, which
on maverick amd64

but it is not going to be installed
Depends: ure (= 1:3.2.1-5ubuntu1) but

The dependencies are correct.
The openoffice.org-style packages you listed all of them provide virtual
package openoffice.org-style.
But those packages are for the time being available only for the 32-bit
architecture.
The 64-bit architecture did not build well and failed.
Just wait till it gets
