Banshee crashed while sitting idle
According to the log, the exception happens with
file:///media/3B24-4583/Pictures/jadedreamtemple.bmp, not with the
attached jpeg. Is this bmp file available?

Not sure which log you are looking at as both logs listed here also list
the attached jpg file (and it was the file that I was actually trying to
load). The other file was on the drive, but *shouldn't* have caused a
crash as it wasn't being used for testing. Will attach anyways.

Retesting this on Maveric w/ updates, I am able to reproduce this
consistently when both cpus are enabled on omap4. Booting with nosmp
doesn't produce this error and the import function pulls all 202 test
images from my usb drive. More test info to follow, but I would guess
this is an issue with

Please do not attach .crash files to the reports, those are no use for
us. use apport instead. Thanks for attaching the f-spot debug log.
** Attachment removed: _usr_lib_f-spot_f-spot.exe.1000.crash
Sorry, I thought the crash file would be more useful as it contained a
core dump, whereas apport was only posting a list of dependencies.
