Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: lastfm

The last.fm scrobbler/client (using: 1:1.5.4.26862+dfsg-1ubuntu2) on
Lucid (gnome, 32-bit, 2.6.32-24-generic) sometimes drops the
authentication & settings. I'm only seeing this on my one netbook
(32-bit), but not on my dektop (64).

If I start up the client, I'm presented with the dialogue for my username &
password, which I enter (& "remember").
Next, I'm again presented with the same dialogue, but without my username
entered; I again enter my UID & apply, & then simple presented again with the
same dialogue (& so on & so on & so on...), without any error messages or
prompts

I've tried removing all the client-related config files (`sudo find ~
-name *[Ll]ast?fm* -exec rm -Rv {} \;`), but I still get the same result

** Affects: lastfm (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
