Setting QT_GRAPHICSENGINE=native before starting ooffice fixes this for me. There is a one-line patch on the OOo bugtracker which forces it to use the native graphicsengine. After some testing I found out a workaround. I had QT Graphics System Raster enabled. When I swicth back to Default (X11/XRender), it started working again.
