rus-ispell packages since the one currently in Edgy fix three issues:
* Transition to install-time generated aspell hash.
* Missing symbolic links that prevent correct operation of the aspell wordlist.
* Build cleanups.
It would therefore be highly desirable to get this into Edgy.

in the most recent log entry, though perhaps not in such an obvious

* Patched russian.aff.koi to fix aspell-ru (Closes: #385403, #391856).
^ without that fix, aspell-ru does not work correctly (wrong affix
rules), so would be nice to see in edgy (it's not on the CD, so it
doesn't slow down CD testing either).
