Binary package hint: module-init-tools

Problems :

1. At boot my integrated ethernet card claims that Eth link is down
2. when resuming after suspend to ram,  Eth link is down 

Solution;
set the option SmartPowerDownEnable=1 for e1000e module

# cat /etc/modprobe.d/e1000e.conf 
options e1000e SmartPowerDownEnable=1

This should be the default fo this type os chipset and eth integrated
adapter :
