editra package does not create application starter
To manage
Checked back on this and found both a corresponding Debian report and
that the issue had been fixed. editra 0.7.20+dfsg.1-3 in Ubuntu 16.04
contains a desktop file and shows up in the dash. (Seemed like it used a
blank icon, haven't checked whether that was expected) But overall the
main issue

editra package does not create application
Installed via Ubuntu software center. Editra not added to launcher nor
can it be found by launcher. Only way to run it is via command line.

This is still an issue in natty. I can't currently access editra's
homepage to see if there is a newer version available for download, will
check again in the next days.
