@David, thanks. The problem is solved when users were removed from audio
group. Feel free to mark this bug as duplicate if you find the proper
number, or just close it.

@anatoly, yes, there is a bug for this, but it got stalled between
changing use audio devices to something else, and removing it
entirely. Don't remember the number for it currently. And by the way, I
plan to implement that check in the Natty version of ubuntu-bug audio
:-)

So, does removing users from the audio group solve the problem for you?

Actually, all users except me are in audio group. I explicitly gave them
permissions to Use audio devices when creating. This should be better
explained in Users and groups editor. Maybe rename the option to
Exclusive use of audio devices? By the way, ubuntu-bug audio could
also check this condition.
