Public bug reported:
This has been happening for me since Jaunty but I decided to bring it up
with Natty. I usually set the Keyboard Shortcut for Ejecting an optical
drive to the Scroll Lock key but ever since Jaunty, my disc drive will
not eject and I have to eject the drive physically. I am using a laptop.
