Clubber, I do not use the exchange-storage plug-in so that is probably not related. Does the software ever hang when you are simply trying to send an email? I can report that issue while trying to close down Evolution the usual way hitting the Exit button. Parameter --force-shutdown helps in my case as well. This is a really nasty bug, since it hampers working efficiency 6-10 times a day.
