This is not the same behavior in Oneiric 11.10, but it is still
unexpected.
1. ALT+F2 ubuntu-bug
2. Select Other problem and validate
3. You will be prompted an error message : No package specified. You have to
specify a package or a PID. Please run --help for more informations.
So, if I've a
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
