Looks like this is no problem in Intrepid. A warning message will appear
before sticky keys is first activated. The feature can be disabled in
that message, or in System Settings -- Accessibility -- Modifier Keys.

working, I have no idea why, but deleting ~/.kde solves the problem. Is
