busy, so it doesn't load it:

Sorry, there is no internal audio option under the output tab. In
fact, there is no internal audio selection under any of the tabs.
The Sound Output tab has two options:
* HDA NVidia digital stereo (HDMI)
* Simultaneous output to HDA VVidia Digital Stereo (HDMI)

Sorry for a somewhat cryptic error message. What it means is: Could you
start gnome-volume-control (click speaker icon in menu, then click
sound preferences). Check the output tab and under Select a device
for sound output, make sure that Internal Audio is selected, and that
HDMI is not.
