thanks for taking time to reproduce this bug and helping to make ubuntu
better. If you are still facing this issue, can you please install
Ubuntu Restricted Extras from the software center, quit empathy and
start it again and try to make the call. If the problem persists, click
HelpDebug in empathy, a window will pop in it there is a drop down
menu, there select butterfly and click clear, come back to empathy
window and try to make your call and when the problem happens i.e. your
video is not received on the other end, cancel the call and click save
button in the debug window and attach that log file to this bug report.
