Attachment of fixed dpatch, for convenience. NOTE: probably still need
to add the correct $(MAKE) -C ... headers line for debian/rules's build-
static-stamp target.

Bah, never mind; for some reason that patch failed to apply (despite the
fact that I used dpatch-edit-patch to create it). Instead, I just
removed the chunk from the original diff file that was against bfd-
in2.h. Do that instead.
