An update. Feisty doesn't have this problem. The kernel doesn't ship
with a module called realcap. Instead you'll need to build a
realtime-lsm-module using module-assistant just like in distributions
before edgy.
Building realtime-lsm-module yields a module called realtime.ko and
the startup

This also happens in Dapper on kernel 2.6.15-27-i386.
I'm guessing the module itself changed names in the kernel package and
the realtime-lsm package didn't move with it.
