Just wanted to update -- have still not been able to catch this bug with
the verbose logging on for the past few days. Going to shut off logging
and see if it returns. If not, I'll plan to close this issue until
(when/if) the problem returns. I'm very grateful for the quick responses

Have been logging for a few days based on the request above, but haven't
had the problem crop up (naturally...). Will keep trying a while longer.
FWIW, I've had to cure the problem each time it's happened (4 or 5
times in a few weeks running Ubuntu on this box) by deleting ~/.pulse
and

crash cause.
