I can confirm the same problem.
I've done some searching and found Bug #535193.
According to that I've tried to create a link swt-gtk-3.5.jar ->
./swt-gtk-3.5.1.jar within the mentioned directory /usr/lib/java/ and it works.
However, when I try Help/Contents I got some error logs as follows:
