One important detail: clicking on any user shown in the face browser
immediately makes GDM crash. Attempting to manually input the user and
password by using the Other... entry produces the same result.

I don't use a trackpad here, I use a trackpoint, so I don't see how this
bug could be a duplicate of 747126.
