No TI icon in favorites on omap4 netbook images
the software channel handling is being moved back into jasper-initramfs.
handling the setup from a separate package while we dont have subarch support
in dpkg/apt would require too much postinst hackery (since we only want the
favorite shown in omap4 installs). while scripting this in jasper
the files in the ti-omap4-software-channel package were split out from
jasper-initramfs, the package is not in main yet, please approve a MIR
so re-integration can happen before beta 2
