Binary package hint: gnome-keyring

While Installing Gnome 3 Ubuntu PPA packages the installation of gnome-
keyrings failed:

$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Setting up gnome-keyring (3.0.0-0ubuntu1~build2) ...
Failed to set capabilities on file `/usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon' (Operation 
not supported)
usage: setcap [-q] [-v] (-r|-|<caps>) <filename> [ ... (-r|-|<capsN>) 
<filenameN> ]

dpgk-error:

Note <filename> must be a regular (non-symlink) file.
Setting capabilities for gnome-keyring-daemon using Linux Capabilities failed.
dpkg: error processing gnome-keyring (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 gnome-keyring
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
