I've just installed the version from your PPA and I got the following

I confirm that the bug has gone. However I got a lot of warnings in the
terminal when I start kile (btw, I am in ubuntu 11.04 and I have
installed kile for oneric)

Can't reproduce those warnings with the beta5 package built on natty. I
put a ppa package for natty in my PPA if you want to try that:
