Subject: Fair enough.

Hey guys, just wanted an explanation  of  two last headers  of this article. 
First,  would the geopolitical threat in the ME causing a price  premium count  
as  a demand  or a supply shock, or neither? And  secondly, the entire point 
about the  dollar inversely related to oil went over my head and I was 
wondering if r/economics would be kind enough to explicate this in simpler 
terms. Thanks!
