Never mind, it looks as if you have a SiS video card. The SiS driver has not received much work for a while now and it seems unlikely that it ever will. You could try filing a bug upstream at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ and attach your XorgLog.txt and GstreamerVersions.txt there, but your best bet would be to add a discrete video card to your system (or replace the existing SiS discrete video card).
