This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

Status:
If I do a pairing with my PC and phone, at the first time I can
successfully send files from my phone to the PC (and vice-versa). I can
also browse the phone and use it as a bluetooth modem. After restarting
the PC, if I try to send a file from my phone to the PC, I get a message
Connection FAIL.
I am using Ubuntu 11.04.. I can send files to the device.. But I cannot
browse the device
