Please sync tahoe-lafs 1.8.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The package has been copied to debian and will be maintained there.
The delta in ubuntu does not need to be kept.
Syncing fixes bug 769935.
