I'll take this. Joe Lesko has prepared an update to 2.3.3, but we still
need to review it. Not on any images, so we'll get this sorted before
final universe freeze.

But are there any reasons to stick to 2.0.13 version instead of
upgrading to the current 2.3 tree? Shall we file a bug about that,
instead?

Someone is working on 2.3.x for all releases. FTBFS bugs are filed for
whatever is in the archive, doesn't mean we can't supersede with a
higher version.
