Private bug reported:

The existing swap partition isn't reused when upgrading Ubuntu using
Ubiquity.

1. I chose "Upgrade from Ubuntu 11.04 to Ubuntu 11.10" option.
2. I get a warning about partition #5 having no filesystem (it's swap from my
existing 11.04 install). I click continue.
3. I then get a warning that there'll be no swap partition for the upgraded
system. I click continue anyway to proceed.

Ubiquity should detect and reuse the existing swap partition. Especially
for upgrades, it seems pointless if the partition setup isn't exactly as
the existing installation.
