The attached file (testing.odg) demonstrates the problem. I also tested the file on osx system and the problem persisted even there suggesting it's actually a libre office bug. Details are as follows: The file, testing.odg, contains one custom graphic style called testing. Styles and formatting palette allows modifying the style's attributes (right click - modify), including the style's name in organizer tab.
