I have applied a fix that will be in the next release, 1.3.6. If anyone
still has any issues with the new version then enable logging to a file
to store any errors.

Cas, I use 1.3.4. But I have not seen this bug for a while and
unfortunately I can't reproduce it no matter what.
I believe this is some kind of race condition because all can work
flawlessly for a months but one day something happens (ureadahead
reprofiling for example) and... hello, old friend,
@Kirill what version are you using? Can you re-test with 1.3.5.
